I graduated almost a year ago, and I consider myself really lucky. I found a clinic I love pretty quickly. The dentists I work with have become my friends and I always feel comfortable going to them for their opinion, and I’ve built great relationships with the staff, too. They helped match me with a clinic that fit my values, pace, and goals. I’ve always felt supported and respected as a professional.
What I appreciate most is how flexible and transparent they’ve been. My schedule fits my lifestyle. They offer real support: from free Invisalign and implant training to constant access to CE courses. It’s the kind of backing that lets me focus fully on my work and then fully unplug when the day’s over. Honestly, my experience has been the opposite. It’s been such a positive journey so far, and I’m really happy at the clinic where I work.
